During the renovation, we faced a significant challenge with an unexpected beam that appeared in the middle of the living area. This beam, which was a result of a previous construction error, disrupted the planned layout. Utilizing advanced technology and securing all necessary certifications, we successfully resolved this issue, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the living space were maintained.
A unique feature of this project was all bedroom door openings were ingeniously concealed within the living room panels, providing a hidden and aesthetically pleasing solution that maintained the clean, modern look of the space. This thoughtful design ensured privacy and seamless integration of different areas within the house.
